Hi,

We are experiencing issues using Comet Chat in certain countries, such as Dubai and Vietnam.
Some users experience timeouts or are unable to fetch groups.
However, it works when using a VPN.

We believe the issue may be related to the encryption extension, but I couldn’t find any country restrictions in the documentation.

Are you aware of these issues?
